Loops of samples left behind by the late Dieter Moebius, presented by musician & composer Tim Story. Moebius' widow helped to collect the sounds, Story worked with Hans-Joachim Roedelius, Michael Rother, Sarah Davachi amongst others to reimagine & rework the samples.This work is being presented as a multichannel audio installation at museums, festivals & galleries.
Originally Released on cassette, the album was reissued in 2012. It was the first of 33 releases over the last (almost) 4 decades. From Seattle Washington, US.
Reissue of this album from 1977, the reissue includes a lot of extra tracks of which this is one (can’t figure out where/when it was recorded). Tim Blake was also in Gong & worked with Hawkwind.
